Leave the facility logistics to us. Includes dedicated training room rental, high-speed classroom Wi-Fi, A/V equipment, and daily refreshments/lunch.

Local Radius Included: Base pricing includes all instructor travel and transit within a 50-mile radius of the Bedden & Associates main office.
Non-Localized Travel Policy: For locations outside our 50-mile local radius, standard rates apply plus an additional travel pass-through fee. This fee covers actual instructor flights, lodging, per diems, and car rentals, which will be itemized and approved by the client prior to contract finalization.

For cohorts exceeding our standard 30-learner classroom maximums, Bedden & Associates, LLC provides specialized, sliding-scale corporate bundle pricing. Large-scale deployments are eligible for custom structural discounts, dedicated operational implementation support, and custom scheduling timelines scaled directly from our core licensing baselines.
